If your daily routine means that you cannot attend at club times we have the answer. We can train you as an individual or as part of a small group and sessions can be booked to suit your requirements. Group training has many benefits, but personal training is more intense by nature and gives greater results. We have several high quality venues available, all are fully equipped with pads, dummies etc.
